Amazing Worship

So today in chapel the Beyond Idols Tour was there.  It was really  really good!  The worship was amazing!  One thing that I found myself doing was watching the band in the back.  It was amazing to see them playing their instruments with such joy and worshiping the Lord with everything they had.  I could see their passion for God shine through.

Be praying today for the girls that I work with through Upwards.  Cassie and I are presenting the Gospel message tonight at our practice.  Also be praying that God would speak through Cassie and I.

Seventy-six Trombones.....

Today I subbed in the middle school band room! It's been a while since I was in the band room (6th grade if I remember correctly)! It was fun....I got to conduct the two sixth grade classes! That was interesting but fun. I also had to do two lunch duties (7th and 8th grade). Those were not as fun! During the 7th grade lunch, one kid got a bloody nose...it was pretty gross!

Even though I had fun at the middle school today....lets just say it also confirmed my decision to major in elementary education and special education! Middle School kids can be sassy!

Upwards!

Thats right folks! I am an upwards cheer coach this semester! I love it! The girls are super cute! Here are some pictures from their first game!

Today I subbed at the high school...I came home and am sick....that is all....I'm tired and feel crappy...have a good night.

Tonight I watched Julie And Julia...I loved it! I love cooking and found the movie charming. I then made cupcakes with homemade buttercream icing! I was in a cooking mood! So today I give you a picture and a quote from the wonderful Julia Child!
