Have you ever kissed a Buffalo?

Tonight I get to spend some much needed girl time with my girls! It has been a while since we all got to go out and do something fun so tonight's trip to Bdubs will be good!

I love my friends! After a not so stellar senior year, coming to college and being surrounded by a group of girls who cares about me and uplifts me is an amazing thing! God has definatly blessed me with so many types of friends over the past year and a half!

I have my friends at HU...who know me better than I know myself sometimes! haha We all get along so well yet we are all so different. Take Erica and I for instance....we could not be more different from each other! She is clean and organized and I am....well lets just say i'm not clean and organized in the least bit! But we get along so well! Thats how it is in my HU group of friends...unique, different, but all together wonderul and crazy!

Then I have my camp friends...Oh how I love them! You would not think that someone could build such strong friendships over only three months. But the relationships I built at camp are some of the strongest relationships! We are crazy wierdies who say random stuff all the time!! Also these girls challenge me to be a better person spiritually and in general whether they know it or not!

Then I have my family! Most people would say that family is a different thing from friends and I would agree on some parts however my family is made up of some of my best friends! My dad is the greatest guy in the world who would do anything for anyone and I love that about him! He always make me smile at some of the stuff he says and does. My younger brother, Ben, and I are kindred spirits...although we probably wouldn't admit that to anyone! We both love music and we share the same unique sense of style. My older brother, Adam, and I are super close. I would consider him one of my best friends. He knows the real me and isn't afriad to call me out when I am not being who I really am. We have been through alot together...ER visits, staff infections, High school, College, being there for each other through breakups and tough times like homesickness and friend crap! And Finally my mom! She is my best friend in the world! SHe challeges me to be a better person daily and is the type of wife and mother I want to be in the future. She shares my love of vintage anything! And she is the best shopping partner in the world (not afriad to tell me when something looks plain dumb).

I give thanks to God daily for surrounding me with such great friends!
